         Worldwide PMU festival is an open, cosmopolitanand worldwide permanent makeup technology exchange event. This event wasjointly sponsored by the China Beauty Expo (Shanghai CBE) Organizing Committeeand Italy OK School Academy.  OK SchoolAcademy founded in Italy in 2000 is the first training institution thatspecializes in semi-permanent makeup in Europe, providing professional courses(European Level 2) and qualification degree identification (European degreeLevel 2).The quality of education for the semi-permanent is widely regarded asan excellent leader by common cosmetic professionals, since its inception,always develop thousands of permanent makeup professionals all over the world.

       全球持久化妆（纹绣）艺术节是一项开放性、世界性的大型纹绣技术交流盛会， 是由意大利OK School Academy与中国美容博览会（上海CBE）组委会联合发起，OK School Academy2000年在意大利成立，是在欧洲的第一个专门从事半永久化妆培训机构，提供专业资格课程（II资格的欧洲级）和专业学位（学历欧II级），素质教育为半永久化妆品专业人士公认的领导者，自创立以来为全球培养数以万计的纹绣专业人士。

       Worldwide PMU festival is expected to recruitcontestants over 3,000 people. The winners will be selected from thecontestants: Overall Winner, Second place and third place, apart one; Excellentpermanent makeup of Eyebrow, Excellent permanent makeup of Eyelines andExcellent permanent makeup of Lips apart three, total nine people. At the meantime, the selection committee has chosen the three of technology; the threeaward of aesthetic design and some awards of Famous instructors as well asseveral other awards. Winners will receive various awards by co-sponsors.

       全球持久化妆（纹绣）艺术节”预计招募参赛人员超过三千人，将评选出总冠亚季军各一人、眉眼唇冠亚季军共9人，并将评选出技术金银铜奖、美学设计金银铜奖、名师奖等奖项若干。获奖选手将获得由合作单位赞助的各种奖励，冠军奖励空前绝后，获奖选手将获得价值十万元欧洲深造奖学金.
